One bedroomed flat, with own patio, in Central North Oxford. Ten minutes walk to St Giles and Jericho, the flat is situated in the heart of the Victorian conservation area.

The flat is fully equipped with a separate kitchen, dining area, sitting room and double bedroom. Free wifi. Washing machine, drying, iron, television, DVD player etc. Small private patio.

We regret but the flat can only sleep two people.

We are now booked through to July 30. After that we have availability until August 21. Lettings are normally by the week - except by arrangement.

The flat has one double bedroom, sitting room opening onto a private patio, with garden outlook. A fully fitted kitchen with microwave, separate eating area/study and bathroom, with shower.

There is a washing machine, dryer, television with DVD and free Wifi.

The flat has its own entrance and is situated in a very peaceful, yet central location. Ten minutes walk to St Giles (St Johns College, Ashmolean Museum etc); five minutes to Jericho's lively shops, pubs, cinemas and excellent restaurants and five minutes to the Oxford Canal and the beautiful open spaces of Port Meadow. The flat is also within minutes of St Ann's College and St Hugh's College.

All linens and towels are included.

The flat, which comprises the entire lower ground floor of a four storey Victorian family home, is suitable for one or two people, as an executive short stay.

Payment terms: A deposit of £100 is payable on booking, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival, where possible.

The flat consists of one double bedroom with double bed (new pocket spring mattress, all linen included). There is an electric blanket if needed, but the flat is centrally heated.

The flat sleeps two people, maximum (including children). We are sorry but we cannot go over this limit.

There is a sitting room, with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, TV, DVD etc. There are books and DVDs in the flat for the use of guests.

The bathroom has a shower - but no bath.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, iron and ironing board etc. It is well equipped for two people.

There is a small study/dining area. There is also a utility area with a washing machine and dryer.

The cost includes linen and towels, plus an initial supply of tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc. There are no extra costs beyond optional extra cleaning (see below).

Wifi: There is free wifi in the flat.

The flat has its own front door and is independent from the rest of the house. The top three floors are occupied by the owner and family.

Check in time is from 4pm and check out around 10am (we try to be flexible where possible, but this depends whether someone is leaving / arriving the same day as you).

Cleaning: The flat is cleaned before arrival and after departure, however it is not a serviced apartment and so is only cleaned during your stay by arrangement and at an extra cost of £10 per hour.

The flat is for a maximum of two people, including overnight visitors (except by previous arrangement).
